Woman Attempts To Kill Husband With Paramour’s Help

Bengaluru: A woman tried to kill her husband with the help of her paramour in Belathuru, Karnataka on Saturday.

The victim Somasekhar, a native of Belathuru village was married to Sudha 10 years ago. Meanwhile, his wife developed a relation with Arun, who lives same colony. On learning about wife's affair, the couple used to quarrel frequently about the issue. On Friday night, they as usual had an argument.

However, Sudha planned to get rid of her husband and asked Arun to kill him so that they can live happily. Then Arun along with his friends attacked Somasekhar with iron rods and knives. He fell unconscious on the ground. Thinking that he was dead, Arun and his friends fled the spot.

On finding Somasekhar lying in a pool of blood, passersby informed the police and shifted him to a hospital. Police registered a case and are trying to nab the offenders.
