Will Chandrababu save Raghavendra Rao's Cinemax?

After demolishing 24 unauthorized buildings in Ayyappa Society on the land that belongs to the Gurukul Ghatkesar Trust, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao's next target appears to be noted director K Raghavendra Rao's Cinemax.
According to reliable sources, notices will be issued to tollywood bigwigs, including Raghvendra Rao and his brother his brother K Krishna Mohan, with a 10-day time frame to respond on charges of allegedly constructing an entertainment-cum-commercial complex on the land at Road No. 2 at Banjara Hills which was allotted to promote film industry .
It is learnt that Raghavendra Rao and few other film celebrities were granted the land way back in 1984 at Rs 8,500 per acre to set up recording and re-recording theater. But the prime land was used for commercial purposes like building Cinemax theater and while half-acre land lying vacant by using as a parking lot.
The officials of Hyderabad district administration are preparing to send showcause notices to the owners to respond in 10 days.
It is worth recollecting here that in the past too a showcase notice was slapped on the complex by the general administration department. They even threatened to resume the land, but it has proved futile.
Raghavendra Rao was TDP's publicity wing incharge and headed the film development corporation in the past. His proximity with Chandrababu is only too well-known. It remains to be seen whether Chandrababu Naidu come in to the rescue of Raghavendra Rao.
