Will Balakrishna Emerge A Second Power Centre In TDP?

Is Balakrishna trying to emerge as an alternative power centre in the ruling Telugu Desam Party? His recent actions and decisions give rise to this suspicion.
Recently, Balakrishna made it to the swearing in of Nellore Urban Development Authority (NUDA) chairman Kotamreddy Srinivasula Reddy. Busy Balakrishna, who has no time for even for his own constituency, made time to attend NUDA chief's swearing in Nellore. Balakrishna actively lobbied for Kotamreddy's nomination and Chandrababu decided to humour Balayya by obliging him.
Recently, Balakrishna also helped Paritala Sunitha save her ministerial post. In fact, the Chief Minister wanted to show her the door. But, Balakrishna intervened and Sunitha was saved.
If the same trend continues, Balakrishna might as well emerge as a second power centre in the party by 2019.
