Will Agnyaathavaasi First Day Collections Break Baahubali 2 Record?
Power star Pawan Kalyan's Agnyaathavaasi is the first big-ticket film to release this year. Pawan fans are desperately waiting to catch a glimpse of the Power star on the big screen.
Last year, Baahubali-The Conclusion was the highest grossing films in Tollywood. Trade pundits predict that Pawan's Agnyaathavaasi might become highest grossing film of 2018.
Agnyaathavaasi pre-release business is estimated to be Rs 150 Cr and it is a first Non-Baahubali record. When coming to trailer and teaser it has clocked a million views within hours of its release. It came closer to Baahubali record but missed outdoing it.
Agnyaathavaasi is releasing in more number of theatres when compared to other Telugu films Jai Simha and Gang which are also hitting the marquee around the same time.
Prabhas' Baahubali 2 which was released on April 29,2017, had raked in Rs 43.26 crore on its first day in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
With all these hype, trade experts predict that Pawan's Agnyaathavaasi First Day Collections might break Baahubali 2. Of course, Agnyaathavaasi can beat Prabhas record because Pawan fan following is more than Rebel star. Will you agree with us on this? Let us know in the comments section below.
