Why is Kadiyam a sad man these days?
Kadiyam Srihari is a senior TDP leader from Telangana region. He played a key role when the party wrote a letter supporting Telangana to the Pranab committee in 2008. Motkupalli Narasimhulu is another senior leader in the party. Both are Dalit leaders from Warangal.
Kadiyam is a sad man these days. Wondering why? Well, his party isn't giving him so much weightage. And to add insult to injury, his rival Motkupalli is hogging the limelight while being pampered by the party. How did this happen? Here's a recap of events...
We are referring to the cold war between Kadiyam Sri Hari and Motkupalli Narasimhulu.
The heightened tension between the two Telangana leaders is a major cause of concern for other Telangana TDP leaders.
Some of the leaders are wondering why Motkupalli called Kadiyam chidapurugu (a pest). The leader have these questions on their minds- What is the reason behind such criticizm? Why didn't the party leaders condemned such a derogatory statement?
Their worry is that if a senior leader like Kadiyam has no respect or value in the party, then what happens to all the others. Particularly the Warangal leaders are breaking their head over the rift within the party.
Unable to digest criticizms against their leader, Kadiyam's supporters say he has worked a lot for the party's development. However, Kadiyam has countered saying everyone knows who is a 'chidapurugu'?. Now, the Warangal leaders in TDP are waiting for Kadiyam's next move.
Amidst all the infighting that's happening within the TDP, who will be affected the most? It's none other than the party chief Chandrababu Naidu as the delicate situation has created a fear in his cadre. But as it is known Naidu is busy earning votes through his padayatra and is hardly has time to deal with conflicts amongst partymen.
