Who gave High Command the bharosa? - Sakshi Post

For the last two weeks, protests and bandhs have continued to rock Andhra Pradesh over Centre's decision to divide the state.

Public transport, government offices, educational institutions, municipal workers — are all off work to protest against the Centre's decision to carve out a separate state out of Andhra Pradesh.

With several ministers resigning, the functioning of the government has come to a standstill. Government employees are voluntarily participating in the strike call given by APNGOs.

But the Congress High Command doesn't seem to be worried about all this. Wonder why? According to reliable sources, two union ministers from Seemandhra region have assured the High command that leaderless agitation will not last long and the situation will soon be back to normalcy, and thus not to worry.
