Where is the Telangana Bill?

There is growing confusion over the whereabouts of the Telangana bill, with everyone, from Party leaders to the Chief Minister being tight lipped over whether the bill has made its appearance in the State Assembly or not.
When reporters asked CM Kiran Kumar Reddy about the status of the Bill and if it has come to the State Assembly, the CM replied with sarcasm, 'which bill'?
Meanwhile, Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde said that the bill would be sent to the assembly once it is received from Rashtrapati Bhavan.
Assembly has been given six weeks time to take a call on the state reorganisation bill that seeks to create a separate Telangana state.
