Hyderabad: The Andhra Pradesh PCC chief N Raghuveera Reddy on Friday came down heavily on AP chief minister Chandrababu Naidu. He blamed the chief minister’s negligence for the state not getting its due in the railway budget.
“Even what was promised in the AP reorganization act was not mentioned in the Railway Budget”, he exclaimed and criticised that Chandrababu has failed in applying pressure on the central government. “In the past, when justice was not done to the state in the Lalu’s railway budget, the late chief minister, Y.S Rajasekhar Reddy had fought for it, due to which the centre had relented”, he reminded.
Raghuveera Reddy suggested that the chief minister must immediately travel to Delhi and put pressure on the centre.
