What next for Dharmana?

What next for Dharmana? - Sakshi Post

If Dharmana thought he had escaped from the CBI's grilling session, he was in for a shock on Friday.  Andhra Pradesh governor ESL Narasimhan vetoed Cabinet resolution to reject CBI plea for Dharamana prosecution.

When CM successfully rejected the CBI plea with the backing of his council of ministers who blindly endorsed CM's resolution, the minister (Dharmana) had got a breather. However, with the governor negating the resolution, the road ahead looks tough for the roads and building minister.
It may be recalled that the CBI had sought the permission of the government to prosecute Dharmana, one of the accused and chargesheeted in the Vanpic case. The state had rejected the plea on November 23. Besides, the CM proudly announced that he had not accepted the resignation of the tainted minister. This was a huge relief for the minister. However, his happiness was short-lived as the governor is believed to have asked the CM to seek a legal opinion on the case! This has come as a huge blow not just for the minister, but also for the CM who feels embarrased that his resolution was vetoed by the governor!
ESL has made way for the CBI prosecution of the minister. As if adding insult to injury, the court issued notice to Dharmana after the CBI argued that the government's permission was not required to prosecute the minister under the Prevention of Corruption Act.
Thus all desperate efforts made by  Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy to protect  Dharmana turned futile.
Dharmana, on the other hand is playing it safe for the last four months, saying, I am only working for the party as an MLA!
Looks like the game's over, it's time for Dharmana to face music. What happens next? The CBI will decide the minister's fate after grilling him!
