We would have completed the Metro by now: Naidu
Chandrababu claimed for himself, the honour of putting Hyderabad on the international map through various developmental programs. He pointed out, that it was their efforts, for the sake of Telangana farmers, that landed them in Maharashtra prisons and added that he has not left the people of Telangana but makes it a point to fight for their issues every time he visits the national capital. Calling the TDP as the only courageous party, he stated that they neither feared Indira Gandhi nor Sonia Gandhi.
Chandrababu stated that it was his effort of spending 15 days in America that resulted in bringing IT companies to the state; and laid claim to the ORR and Metro Rail projects. Stating that Hyderabad belongs to everybody, he invited people to come together to develop it. Chandrababu clarified that every one residing in Hyderabad should be secure.
He criticized the move to delist 26 castes from BC category and called it unjust. He complained that though they wanted to name the international airport after NTR, the then national government did not cooperate with them.
He requested the voters to cast their votes for those who can bring development. For Hyderabad to develop, to bring funds for the city, the voters must elect candidates from the TDP-BJP combine and asked everyone to respect the poll alliance and cooperate with each other.
