Located at one of the most popular places in Mumbai, VORTEX, Bandra rings in the New Years with a unique concept by setting up an all in one space “Vortex The Fusion Bar, the diner cum lounge bar”, “Club Vortex, for all the hard-core party animals” and last but not the least, Alfresco @ Vortex, the rooftop dining space.

Offering a gem of an experience, VORTEX- Diner. Lounge Bar. Club sets itself apart with its unique concept and offerings such as the first ever projection mapping in India, a live kitchen and a Clay oven, a mouth-watering menu composition of varied cuisines curated by celebrity chef, Gautam Mehrishi ranging from regular to exotic seafood. With an international outlook and a sophisticated presentation, the diverse cuisines and menu options comprises of elements such as exotic seafood, Mediterranean, Mexican, Italian, Spanish, Jamaican, Peruvian, Korean and Japanese cuisines and an interesting mix of Frontier Treats, Grills and tempting curry section focussing on the southern regions of Karwar, Konkan, Kolhapur and Kochi among others. Vortex also houses a beautifully landscaped rooftop with a hydroponic garden.

Designed With a unique concept, Vortex The Fusion Bar, the diner cum lounge bar revolves around contrast and symmetry. The bar is designed as the central focus of the restaurant and lounge with a central community table that not only acts as a catalyst for conversations but also doubles up as a ramp to hold any clothing line launches for fashion designers as well. Interestingly, with an area admeasuring 4355 sq.ft. for 180 covers, the diner cum lounge bar can effortlessly house around 300 people as the space converts into a club post dining hours. Another interesting facet of the Vortex The Fusion Bar is the introduction of the first-ever projection mapping in India at the Lounge space when it converts into a club post dining hours. The never seen before projection mapping is played on a motorized roll down blinds which will be synchronized on a 1000 sq. ft. glass frontage at the Vortex The Fusion Bar. The diner cum lounge bar also displays a live kitchen concept where one can see the freshly baked food on the stone based oven specially imported from US.

Specially designed by the parametric consultants to resemble a Starship, CLUB VORTEX is a treat for all the party enthusiasts. With an area of 3500 sq.ft., CLUB VORTEX is a designated premium club space with an excellent sound system (the Martin Audio from U.K.) and a top-notch lighting designed using MADRIX software straight from Germany.

Alfresco @ Vortex, the rooftop dining space is beautifully landscaped with a hydroponic garden where various vegetables and herbs will be organically grown for the in-house kitchen. With an area encompassing of 3500 sq.ft., the overall concept was introduced to divide the space into 2 different levels separated by landscape elements in the central area of the terrace with a mixed seating typology to avoid repetitive nature of space. Other key elements of Alfresco @ Vortex are the mobile barbeque, sheesha bar and large screen ideal to view sporting and other exciting events.
