Andhra Pradesh government on Thursday, April 30, released a GO (government order) stating that the administration and operations of Vontimitta temple of lord Shri Ram would there on be under taken by Tirupati Tirumal Devasthanam (TTD).

After the Bifurcation of AP and Telangana States the reputed Badrachalam temple of lord Shri Ram belonges to Telangana. So the state of Andhra Pradesh has already decided to pitch up the famous Vontimitta temple between the Cuddapha , Tirupati high-road for the annual Sita- Rama Kalyanam and now its being taken under the wing of TTD that's known to take care of the administration, organization and operations of the world renowned Balaji temple in Tirumala
