Vijayawada cops cannot 'dominate nights' - Sakshi Post

The Hyderabad high court on Monday has stayed the Vijayawada police's new rule that has made mandatory for the people to carry identity cards in the night from 11 pm to 6 am.

An advocate, identified as Chiranjeevi, has filed a petition against the operation night domination in the court.
The court has made it clear that it was unconstitutional and has put a stay on the rule till further orders. The court also ruled out that public at large should not be seen as suspects.
