Vijayamma demands rollback of diesel price hike

Protesting against the hike in diesel price and the freshly regulated limit on subsidized cooking gas cylinders, the YSR Congress Party on Friday took to the streets and staged demonstrations at many places.

YSRCP Honorary President, Y.S. Vijayamma  demanded an immediate rollback of the hike in diesel price and withdrawal of the six cylinders-a-year limit.
She said that the hike will add to the miseries of the common man, who has already been weighed down by a repeated increase in prices of various commodities.
People from various sections of society have condemned the hike in diesel price. They fear the hike of Rs.5 a litre would lead to a sharp increase in prices of all essential commodities.
