Vijayamma, Bharathi meet Jagan

YSR Congress Party honorary president Y S Vijayamma, accompanied by her daughter-in-law Bharathi, has met her son and party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy in the Chanchalguda Prison.

Vijayamma and Bharathi are stated to have enquired about the health of Jagan. The mulakhat assumes significance against the backdrop of recent developments in the YSRCP. Several senior leaders, including MLAs from the ruling Congress and the prime Opposition Telugu Desam Party (TDP), migrating to the YSRCP on a large scale, Vijayamma and Jagan are understood to have discussed the matter too.
Besides, the Enforcement Directorate’s call to advisor to the Jagathi Publications Vijaya Sai Reddy to come to Delhi also figured in their discussions. Vijaya Sai Reddy was with Vijayamma and Bharathi when they met Jagan in the jail.
