Watch: ITBP Forces Rescue Ops To Save People Trapped Near Tapovan Dam, Uttarakhand

The Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) personnel approach a tunnel near Tapovan dam in Chamoli district in Uttarakhand to rescue people who are trapped inside. Massive floods were triggered after a part of the Nanda Devi glacier broke off at Joshimath in Uttarakhand's Chamoli district on Sunday. This led to a massive flood in the Dhauli Ganga river and causing large-scale devastation.
