They had come to attend a road inauguration in Multan by the Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi. After the cake was cut, unruly men and boys went berserk while grabbing for a piece of cake with their bare hands, was caught on camera. They were seen stuffing the cake into their mouths while relishing it, leading to a comments tirade by the netizens calling it a social media joke and some saying that this was how poor people in Pakistan were.
