Venky sends quick reply to GHMC notice

Soon after he received notices by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation for taking up construction work for a shed without permission at his residence at Filmnagar, Venkatesh replied to the notices. He sent the replies in a few hours time.

The actor clarified that the said land is not in his control and the plot has been leased to Munna United Hospitality Services.
He also released the property tax documents, lease agreement and building permission issued by the civic authority.
The GHMC officials had mentioned in the notice that Venkatesh has to respond within 10 days and if no response was provided within the statutory time, the construction would be treated as unauthorised.
