UP Police Busy Looking For BJP MLA’s Buffalo
Lucknow: Bizarre it may sound, a team of Uttar Pradesh police personnel are on the lookout for buffaloes that were stolen by miscreants from a BJP MLA's farmhouse at night over the last weekend.
A buffalo and a calf went missing from BJP MLA Suresh Rahi's farmhouse which is located adjacent to Sitapur district jail, 90 km from Lucknow. An FIR has been lodged against the unknown miscreants for stealing the cattle.
The BJP MLA's father, Ram Lal Rahi was a former Minister of State for Home Affairs during the PV Narasimha Rao government. It's worth recalling here that a similar case was reported in Rampur district, Uttar Pradesh during Akhilesh Yadav government when the cattle belonging to senior Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan was stolen.
