Uneasy jab from an ex-party colleague
Hyderabad: The coinciding Telangana and Andhra Pradesh assembly sessions are bound to cause unexpected and uneasy situations among ex-colleagues what with legislators frequently crossing over to other parties in recent times. A similar situation transpired on Tuesday when a couple of AP TDP MLAs crossed paths with Talasani Srinivas Yadav.
Talasani who is now with the TRS, and a minister in the cabinet, on Tuesday ran into two of his former colleagues; Gorantla Butchaiah Chowdhry and K. Venkatravulu. Talasani is supposed to have quipped about him being elevated to the rank of a minister after he left TDP for TRS, while his former colleagues were still without a ministerial berth in spite of being in the ruling party.
Left uneasy from this unexpected jab, the MLAs were seen walking away chuckling in embarrasment...
