2 dead, 3 injured in road accident in Rajahmundry

Hyderabad: At least two people were killed and three others injured on Sunday when a college  bus turned on its side at Morampudi junction in Rajahmundry.

A car and six motorcycles  were crushed under the bus, killing two who were thrown in the middle of the road.

Although the cause of the accident is not yet clear, passengers and the locals blame speed. Some say the bus lost control after it rammed a motorcycle. The bus apparently skidded to the left after hitting a car on its right on one of the busiest roads in the town. The injured have been admitted to nearby hospital.
