The Congress continues to suffer blows as several ministers front the party are calling it quits in a bid to keep the state united.

In a latest development , two Congress MLAs announced their resignations to MLA posts on Friday to support Samaikyandhra.

Sarvepalli MLA Adala Prabhakar Reddy and Nellore City MLA M Sridhara Krishna Reddy faxed their resignation letters to the speaker Nadendla Manohar. They said that their resignations were to press for the state to remain united.

Adala Prabhakar Reddy said that now the ball in TDP's court. YSRCP MLAs have already resigned and now, TDP MLAs, and MLCs must come out in support of united AP by quitting their posts.
