TV Actress Dies While Undergoing Treatment

Bengaluru: Popular television actress Mallika died at a private hospital on Monday, while undergoing treatment.

The actress was in coma the past 20 days. Her real name was Abhinaya. She gained reputation as a TV anchor before bagging roles in several TV serials. Later, in her career, she also starred in the Telugu movie ‘Rajakumudarudu’ which had Mahesh Babu in the lead role.

A native of Andhra Pradesh, Mallika settled in Bangalore after her wedding.
