The official spokesperson of Telangana Maoist Party State Committee, Jagan alias Haribhushan released a press note today threatening the ruling party leaders in Telangana and Chattisgarh, following the recent encounter in which 10 Maoists were killed.
He has alleged that while the Maoist Party was holding a press conference with the people of Pujari Kanker when the police opened fire at them. The Maoist leader clarified that Haribhushan, Bade Chakka Rao, and Kankanala Raji Reddy were all alive, as opposed to the police authorities' claim that they were dead.
Of the 10 people who died in the encounter, Dadaboina Swami alias Prabhakar, who is a member of Hanmakonda District committee, was also present, Haribhushan said. CM KCR is engaging in fake encounters under the influence of corporate companies' guidance, he pointed out.
"It was purely a fake encounter. Maoists were taking rest after interacting with people. It was then that police forces rounded them up and started firing at them. To damage the reputation of the party, the police are deliberately sending wrong information," said the Maoist leader.
