Tribal woman gangraped in Nalgonda

Nalgonda, A ghastly incident took place in Sootipeta thanda,Haliya Mandal of Nalgonda district on Thursday, when a tribal woman was brutally raped by three men.

According to reports, the woman, a mother of a class ten student who was in the news recently for giving birth to a child in an ashram in Yenimedida, was alone in the house when the incident took place. Her daughter and husband were travelling to Hyderabad to attend counselling.

Police have registered a case, and investigations have started. 

Meanwhile another incident took place in a Thanda,Peddapura mandal of Nalgonda district where 11 girls have been raped by a member of an Ashram, for the last three months. When the incident came to light, three members were suspended.
