Tollywood Producer Funded Calvin’s Drugs Business

Hyderabad: The ongoing investigation into the sensational drugs mafia case has witnessed yet another twist when the Excise and Enforcement officials discovered the involvement of a popular Tollywood producer who is believed to have provided money to the main kingpin Calvin for procuring the contraband in a large scale from various countries.

The producer, whose son is an upcoming hero, is also a big industrialist. The officials are now preparing notices to the producer for questioning once the 12 accused in the first batch are done with by July 29. Calvin-producer links were revealed by actor Subbaraju one of the accused who was questioned on Friday.

Meanwhile, Daniel, another associate of Calvin who is absconding is yet to be traced. Several girls belonging to some rich and influential families have reportedly sent their nude pictures and videos to Daniel when they did not have money to pay for drugs. He would sell them on pornography websites and make money. He shared the pictures and videos with Calvin who would supply the 'grass' to the girls. If Daniel is caught, more shocking facts are expected to spring up.

Media Owner's Name Crops Up

In yet another twist in the whole episode, a media group owner's name also came up during the interrogation of cameraman Shyam K. Naidu who reportedly asked the investigating officials why were they spared. The department took a serious note of this and is examining the possibilities of summoning him for questioning. The media owner is reported to have visited Goa to take drug shots along with several others from political field and industrialists.
