TN Seshan’s Wife Dead

Chennai: Even as the death hoax of TN Seshan, former Chief Election Commissioner is doing rounds, the reality was that Seshan's wife Jayalakshmi passed away on Saturday. As the tweeple learnt that Seshan’s death news is fake, they apologised for the blunder they created on the social media by paying undue homage to him.

Seshan and Jayalakshmi’s marriage is not an ordinary tale, as the former CEC went ahead marrying her despite the horoscope didn’t match for the two. Seshan’s father found Jaya’s horoscope not suitable for his son. And a daily reported that, the astrologers predicted that the couple will not have progeny. However, Seshan married Jaya on February 9, 1959.
