Time bomb planted in YSRCP activist's home - Sakshi Post

Panic and fear gripped Bandlapalli of Chilamatrluru mandal, in Ananthapur district when a crude time bomb was found in the premises of YSRCP activist Venka Sivappa's home on Tuesday.  

As per reports, a bomb was found, complete with a time and stones, inside a paint tin. On lookers said had someone touched the tin, the bomb would have exploded. The YSRCP activist has informed the police who reached the spot immediately and disposed off the bomb.   

Police have registered a case and investigations have begun. When questioned by the police, Venkasivappa said that he has no rivals and didn't know who could be behind this act.  

However, he added, that given his long run with YSRCP, he might have made some opponents. 

Police are investigating assassination angle behind the incident as well.
