Tight security arrangements for CM's T-tour

Amid opposition voiced by some Telangana supporters, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy would begin his three-day 'Indiramma Bata' mass-contact programme in Medak district tomorrow.
The Chief Minister will participate in various development programmes and also interact with various sections of people on the first day tomorrow.
But Telangana supporters, including local leaders of TRS and others, have expressed their opposition to Reddy's tour of Medak district, where the separate statehood stir is considered strong, alleging that he his anti-Telangana.
Police, however, were making tight security arrangements ahead of his visit. With TDP Chief N Chandrababu Naidu's 'padayatra' in another Telangana district of Mahabubnagar continuing smoothly, it is expected that opposition to the Chief Minister's tour may not be strident.
