Three killed in road accident in Warangal

Three persons, one of them a rail contractor, were killed and one was seriously injured in a road accident near Warangal this morning, police said.

The four were travelling in an SUV, which rammed into a stationary lorry at Wardannapet town, about 35km from here at around 6 am. Three of them died on the spot, they said. The SUV was on its way to Khammam. The deceased were identified asK Someshwar Rao (50), a metro rail contractor, B Naga Bhushanam and Suresh (39), all residents of West Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh. The injured, Manohar, was admitted to MGM Hospital, Warangal.
