Three fake doctors arrested in Hyderabad

Three persons from Betul district of Madhya Pradesh were today arrested for allegedly practising as doctors without possessing any medical qualification.

The sleuths of Commissioner's Task Force (East Zone) apprehended Manojeet Biswas, M Vijay Kumar and Indrojit alias Samir Biswas who ran clinics in the city. Additional deputy commissioner of police N Koti Reddy aid that Manojeet Biswas, who came to Hyderabad in 2012 for his aunt's treatment at a hospital in Balanagar, secretly photocopied degree certificates of two doctors, Raja Shaker and A R K Reddy. 

Then he set up a Sanjeevanee clinic in Adikmet area, using the names of these two doctors, unknown to them. His younger brother Indrojit Biswas assisted him. In Manojeet's absence he too treated the patients. Vijay Kumar, who had studied up to junior college level, came to Hyderabad in 2011 and worked as a compounder with a doctor at Secunderabad for some time.
For the last two and a half years he was running Deep clinic at Kachiguda by using the name of Dr S K Bhakta, police said.
