Three Children Dead In Ongole Wall Collapse

Ongole: In a tragic incident, three young children died while their younger sister was critically injured when an under-construction wall collapsed on them here this afternoon. The incident happened at Kothadonka near here.

According to the information by the locals, all the three children who have died were of eight years age. They were Navdeep, Manikanta and Premachand, while injured girl was Prema Jyothi, sister of Premchand. The children had come from school to their house and they all went to the under construction site for playing. They were playing near the wall while the incident occurred.

It is learnt that Navdeep died on the spot while Manikanta and Premachand died on their way to a hospital. Prema Jyothi is being treated in a private hospital and her condition is said to be critical. The police are trying to ascertain the reasons for incident.
