Three arrested in chain snatcher Siva case

Cyberabad police have arrested three persons in the chain-snatcher Siva gang case.

They took into custody Siva's wife Nagalakshmi, City branch manager of Muthoot finance Omkar and Champapet branch manager of Sriram City Union finance.

3.75 kgs of gold, Rs.4.5 lakhs cash, two cars and a bike were recovered from them by the police.

Cyberabad Commissioner of Police C.V.Anand said that there were about 700 chain snatching cases against the gang.

It may be recalled that Siva, a notorious chain-snatcher, was killed in police encounter in August this year.
