This family will never forget the Pushkarams.....

Tragedy hit hard to the family of B. Kameswara Rao hailing from Srikakluam who went to Pushkara to take the blessings of Mother Godavari on the first day of Pushkarams.

4 out of the 14 went have died in the stampede that happened.  It included a mother and her two daughters too. When the family reached Rajamundry on Monday, Rao lost his mother-in-law Kothakota Kalavathi( 62), son  B. Prasanth Kumar(12), two sisters-in-law Potnuri Lakshmi, (42), Potnuri Amaravathi(45).

Mr. Rao stated, “My son wanted to see the Godavari Pushkaralu and take the holy dip. We had come all this way only to see him dead. We wanted him to become a doctor. I don’t know how to live without him and tell his grandmother who is not aware of his death.”
