This corrupt officer's wealth is a bottomless pit

He was an ordinary assistant drug controller.

But when the Anti-Corruption Buearu (ACB) officials raided ADC Mayuri Vijay Gopal's assets, they were flabbergasted to see that his riches were like a bottomless pit. At the last count, his total assets were estimated to be worth a staggering Rs 150 crore. He had mounds of gold, wads of cash and owned shopping malls and multi-storeyed apartments in Shadnagar, Amberpet, DD colony, Chikkadpally, Hayathnagar and Nallakunta. The raids were carried on under ACP inspectors Venu Gopal and Kashaya. Police may need a week more to evaluate assets and reach accurate figures.
