The Jungle Book Highest Grossing Hollywood Movie in India 

Hollywood adventure movie The Jungle Book, which was released in 2016 is remembered for its huge collections all over the world. Not only in the foreign countries but the movie has raked in crores at the Indian box office too. The Jungle Book is the first highest grossing Hollywood movie in India.

Though Hollywood movies have very good market in India, none of the movies have beaten The Jungle Book till now. The movie which narrates the life of Mowgli and his adventoures has helped the movie surpass all the records. The film has managed to collect a whopping Rs 184 crores in India.

Two years after the release of The Jungle Book, another Hollywood movie is expected to beat the movie this time and it's none other than the much anticipated movie Avengers Infinity War. Avengers Infinity War is scheduled for its India release on April 27.

A week ahead of its release, the tickets for the film have already been sold out in India and you can imagine how excited the audience are. Analyzing the audience' craze on the movie, there is speculations that Avengers Infinity War will surpass the Jungle Book collections. It is also expected that the movie will gross over Rs 200 crores in India.

Avengers Infinity War is a sequel to 2012 The Avengers and 2015's Avengers: Age of Ultron. The movie is produced by the Marvel Studios and it is distributed by the Walt Disney studios. The film is directed by Anthony and Joe Russo.
