Telugu student stabbed to death by roommate in USA 

New York: A Telugu student was killed by his roommate, compatriot Sai Sandeep in their room on Tuesday in New York city.

Police took Sai Sandeep into custody on the charges of killing Sankeerth. Prima facie report says Sankeerth was stabbed to death by his roommate with a knife on Tuesday afternoon after a clash erupted between the duo. Police sent the body to hospital for post-mortem.

The parents of the deceased were informed about the death of their son. They said Sankeerth went to USA two years ago to pursue higher studies. The full details of the incident are yet to be known.
