Madhapur Traffic Police Shifts Bio-diversity Bus Stop, Auto Stand

HYDERABAD: The Madhapur Traffic Police has shifted the bus stop and auto stand which was in front of the Nissan showroom at bio-diversity junction on Wednesday.

This measure was taken  after a woman died on the spot when a speeding car fell off from the newly-constructed bio-diversity flyover in Ganchibowli last week, to prevent any such accidents in the future and also to  ensure that no autos and cabs halt within the two-kilometre from the bio-diversity junction area.

Satyavani (40) died on spot and four others were severely injured after a car which lost control fell down from the newly-constructed bio-diversity flyover in Ganchibowli on Saturday, November 22.

The impact was so severe that the woman was crushed under the car, which was completely damaged.

Earlier two youngsters fell off from the same flyover at the bus stop in front of Nissan showroom after being hit by a car.

So in order to prevent any such accidents taking place in the future, the Madhapur police shifted the bus stop and auto stand from the bio-diversity junction and maintain free flow of traffic.
