TSRTC Strike Day 41 : One More TSRTC Employee Dies
HYDERABAD: Depressed with Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao’s negative decision over the RTC merger with State government and fearing of losing his job after the November 5th deadline another RTC employee died on Thursday, November 14.
According to reports, Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) employee Nagesh who hailed from Andole of Jogipet in Sangareddy district , was working as a conductor in Narayankhed bus depot. He was admitted to the hospital after he fell sick and died while undergoing treatment on Thursday. It is yet to be ascertained whether it was suicide or any other ailment.
As the TSRTC employees’ strike reached its 41st day on November 14th , the number of people who have committed suicide has been on the rise.
In a similar incident, Avula Naresh (51) consumed pesticide in the early hours of Wednesday. His family members after noticing that he had consumed pesticide, immediately shifted him to the Mahabubabad area hospital, but he died while undergoing treatment.
