TSRTC Strike: HC Angered Over Governments’ Non-Cooperation
HYDERABAD: The Telangana High Court expressed dissatisfaction over the report submitted by the government authorities on Tuesday.
Advocate General BS Prasad made arguments on behalf of the government, who made it clear that there were no dues payable to the RTC and also informed the court that the disbursement of debts has not taken place after the bifurcation of the state.
He added that the government has paid Rs 4253 Crores to the RTC so far. Responding to this High Court asked the government how much Debt it owed the RTC.
The High Court expressed dissatisfaction over the reports submitted by the government and also reiterated that whether the arrears should be paid to the RTC or not.
The next hearing on TSRTC the strike has been postponed to Friday.
