Puvvada Ajay Kumar Orders 100% Buses To Run - Sakshi Post

Hyderabad: Telangana Transport Minister Puvvada Ajay Kumar held a video conference with collectors and RTC officers on Monday (October 21) over the alternate arrangements to avoid inconvenience to commuters due to the TSRTC strike, as Telangana schools re-opened from Monday after Dasara vacation.

Speaking on the occasion Minister Puvvada said measures will be taken by the Telangana government to ensure 100% buses are plying on the roads soon, steps will be taken to provide new gadgets to the conductors on buses for giving tickets to the passengers.

Puvvada instructed the officers to take measures to ensure that passengers are issued with a travel ticket and their bus passes are accepted. The Minister advised RTC officials to hire new mechanics and electricians at the bus depot depending upon the requirement.

Transport Chief Secretary Sunil Sharma, Transport Commissioner Sandeep Kumar Sultania, RTO Officers and JTC officers also attended the video conference.
