Hyderabad: Malkajgiri MLA Mynampally Hanumantha Rao was rumored to be joining the BJP, as he was upset with the TRS govt. But now it looks like he has patched up with them. As per reports, the Mynampally TRS MLA met Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao and TRS working president K.T. Rama Rao at Pragathi Bhavan on Saturday night and put an end to all the rumors over his joining BJP. Hanumantha Rao told KCR that he would not leave the party.

According to reports, MLA Mynampally Hanumantha Rao expected a berth in the Cabinet and was upset with the TRS high command over failing to induct him into TRS cabinet, while Ch Malla Reddy and Sabitha Indra Reddy, both from Ranga Reddy district were inducted. He left for Dubai Immediately after the cabinet expansion for undergoing medical treatment.

Hanumantha Rao met BJP leader and Himachal Pradesh Governor Bandaru Dattatreya and this news went viral, which was later clarified by Hanumantha Rao that he met Dattatreya only to congratulate him on his appointment as they were family friends.
