Brutal Murder of Young Woman By Boyfriend
Penuballi: A 20-year-old young woman named Tejaswini was killed by her boyfriend in Telangana's Kotha Lankapally village of Khammam district. The incident came to light on Tuesday. Tejaswini belongs to Kuppenakuntla and Nitin to Sattupalli. They had studied together in a private polytechnic college at Gangaram town and fell in love. While Nitin joined a B Tech course in an engineering college in Khammam town after passing out in all subjects, Tejaswini stayed back at home after failing in 3 subjects. Nitin continued his B. Tech Second Year in Khammam. Tejaswini and Nitin often clashed over the phone on his suspicion of her being in touch with a boy of their relatives.
Nitin Went to Kuppenakuntla Village on his bike and sent a message to Tejaswini on the phone to come out and have a conversation. Tejaswini went along with Nitin on his request, and they had a heated argument in an isolated place Kukkalagutta near her village, where he murdered her by smothering her with a handkerchief before returning to Khammam. Initially, Nitin planned to burn her dead body with petrol, but the place was just 50 meters away from the State Highway, and so, he left the body and returned to Khammam. Later, the girl's father Satyanarayana filed a missing complaint in the Police station. Police who began an investigation found the dead body and arrested Nitin on Tuesday.
