Hyderabad: Metro Train Operator Killed After Truck Rams Into Bike

Hyderabad: A 28-year-old man was killed in a road mishap on Saturday after the bike he was riding was hit by an unknown vehicle from the rear at Kukatpally.

The victim, identified as Nasir Shaik worked as a train operator at Hyderabad Metro Rail.

The Kukatpally police visited the spot and shifted the body to the Gandhi Hospital for post-mortem. According to the police, the bike was hit by a rashly driven truck at Kukatpally leading to the man succumbing to death on the spot. The police are making efforts to trace the truck involved in the accident.

A case has been registered in this regard and the police are investigating further.
