High Court To Hear Ravi Prakash Bail Petition

Hyderabad: Former CEO of TV9 Ravi Prakash once again moved the High Court on Monday to seek a hearing on his anticipatory bail petition. The court considered his request, and his anticipatory bail petition will be heard on Wednesday.

This is after the High Court rejected his earlier lunch-motion petition seeking an urgent hearing. Ravi Prakash’s lawyer moved the court against the charges framed by Cyberabad Police in connection with forgery and data theft from TV9.

Soon after the incident of data theft and forgery came to light Ravi Prakash went into hiding. He did not adhere to orders of investigating agencies as he had not presented himself before the Cyberabad Police even after being slapped with notices to the effect twice. As a result, police have issued lookout notices against him and actor Sivaji who is being treated as hand in glove with Ravi Prakash in the entire conspiracy.
