TV9 Ravi Prakash-Sivaji Deleted Email Chain Retrieved From Hard Disks 

Cyberabad police has stumbled upon fresh evidence revealing a fake deal between former CEO of TV9 channel Ravi Prakash, who is accused in a forgery case and Telugu actor Shivaji who is a co-accused.

The police cracked hard disks using advance technology to retrieve deleted email threads which showed that fake pre-dated documents were created whereby it was shown that Ravi Prakash sold a quantum of his shares to Sivaji. This mail chain is dated April 13, 2019 and goes back and forth between Ravi Prakash associates in TV9 and Sivaji.

The email chain also contains a draft of a complaint meant to be written by Sivaji to the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) against Ravi Prakash and the earlier company ABCL for not transferring shares which he had purchased.

Police pieced the puzzle of the conspiracy between Sivaji and Ravi Prakash together and arrived at the conclusion that this fake document was created by the two to stall the process of takeover of TV9 by the new management, Alanda Media.

The draft of Sivaji's complaint to NCLT was blue penciled by a Vijayawada based advocate. Interestingly, the email thread of April 13, 2019 attempts to generate pre-dated documents of February.
