GITAM Founder MVVS Murthy Dies in Car Crash

Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh MLC MVVS Murthy and fout others died in a road crash in USA. It is learnt that Four others were injured in the mishap. MVVS Murthy was also the founder of the GITAM institutions. The university founder had gone to the US to attend an alumnus meet in california.
Velivolu Basava Punnaiah, Veeramachineni Sivaramakrishna and VBR Chowdary were among others who lost their lives in the road accident. Kadiyala Venkataratnam is being treated at a hospital in Alaska for grave injuries.
The mishao occured when the car rammed into a truck coming from the opposition diorection near Parks Highway. They were on their way to visit the wildlife sanctuary in Alaska.
