'Telangana TDP leaders should stop resorting cheap tactics' - Sakshi Post

Telangana IT minister K.Taraka Rama Rao has asked Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister as to why he was not giving Telangana its rightful share in the power produced at Krishnapatnam and Lower Sileru projects.

Speaking to reporters in New Delhi, he said, “It would be good if Telangana TDP leaders stage dharnas before the residence of Chandrababu than coming to Delhi to request the union government for power.”

He advised Telangana TDP leaders to stop resorting to cheap tactics.

“We met the union ministers Venkaiah Naidu and Ravishankar Prasad to request them to take steps to secure Telangana's rightful share. They responded favourably to my request,” said KTR.

Replying to a question, he said that Chandrababu did not give reply for the questions raised by the Telangana Chief Minister on power issues.
