KTR-Nadda War Of Words Escalates
Telangana Rashtra Samithi working president KTR accused BJP working president JP Nadda of levelling false allegations against the TRS leadership. KTR said that if the BJP president had any evidence with him on corruption relating to TRS leaders, he should put it in public domain instead of making wild accusations. KTR further charged the BJP of playing divisive politics and said that they will not succeed in creating a Karnataka-like situation in Telangana. The TRS is committed to the all-round development of the state, he added.
It may be recalled that JP Nadda had accused the TRS government of being mired in corruption and said that the vaastu of Telangana was in for a change. He implied that the BJP would storm to power in 2023. The working president of BJP said that KCR's rule was a family-centric one and that the Telangana chief minister focussed on I, Me, Myself kind of politics.
He cited the Kaleshwaram project as one in which the TRS leadership had indulged in huge corruption. Farmers and people of the state got cheated in the process, Nadda said.
