Bhatti Vikramarka Loses Leader Of Opposition Status

Hyderabad: After the Congress Legislature Party was merged with the TRSLP, the name and photograph of Congress MLA Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka was removed by Telangana Assembly officials.
Although the Madhira MLA along with other Dalit leaders and organisations were on indefinite hunger strike criticizing chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for trying to strip LoP status from a Dalit leader, the TRS went ahead with its decision to strip him off his status.
The official Assembly website also got his name removed.
